Kung Fu Partner Drills
Sifu Kriel and student Alexander Del Hierro demonstrating traditional Fu Jow Pai partner exercises. These movements are designed to teach the body how to move in timing with an opponent, to condition the stances, harden the forearms, and to deliver and deflect powerful strikes. Over time they become natural movement, as innate as walking, so that when confronted with a threatening attack the subconscious will react appropriately in a reflexive way before the conscious mind even has to think about defense.
